Oh so true! And not a sausage of outrage is screamed at the pollies for this gagging of imagination ... but then, I sometimes think that Those In Power don't want us, the working plebs, to imagine that there might be another way to create wealth and satisfaction all round (how's that for a subversive think starter)
What is far more likely, is the short-sidghtedness of those who have a current financial stake in a singular and particular item of intellectual property and have no consideration for other valuings of those 'properties'.
