Another case of having to think about hot water.
Though I don't think it was the linking that was the problem, so much as what was linked to, and the fact that the target of the links was illegal/immoral.

Gets back to the need to find a whole new paradigm for accessing copyrighted information on line and encouraging people to do the right thing in contrast to the punitive measures that currently enforcing copyright exclusivity.

Again, another thought in progress
