Capitol Hill Blue: Bush's Erratic Behavior Worries White House Aides

Why doesn't this surprise me? About the only thing that our 'fearless leader' has that makes him different from the other two "leaders of the coalition of the willing" is that he just keep barrelling down the highway of his own vision. Apparently untroubled by anything that might challenge his grip on his vision, his position or his idea of what our country should be.

I could admire him for that; if I hadn't been down the muddy end for so long that I have real questions that Mr Howard actually has any idea what his policies and apparent sychophancy to 'big business' is doing to those whom he lauds as being "battlers".

There are times I wonder about all those who have gone into politics. Peter Garrett may be making waves and raising questions about his suitability for the job he is applying for, but at least he has worked in the real world ... it is hard work being in a band, expecially one like Midnight Oil.
